I want to take the time to drop a note to all of you about the excellent treatment and excellent service from the entire staff. Your operation is well run and could easily be a model to be copied at other offices. John, not only are you a professional in your work but you also have a way of disarming the fears/anxiety of your patients. You should have been a salesman or a politician. At any rate, you'd be a success at either. Those qualities that you exhibit have a way of also appearing in your entire team; in other words, the qualities emanate down from the top, (the Reagan Doctrine).
